BLF shows busy but is idle DND off

We have roughly 100 T46G phones throughout 9 sites. We have only 2 extensions that show red (busy) on BLF but phones are idle. Only these two lines. Reset to factory, upgraded firmware. Changed BLF LED from 1 to 0 to 3 and 4, no change. You can tap the button and call them but BLF light is always red. Any ideas? On Coredial if that helps. Thanks.

Hi Daniel,

Please share below the information to locate the problem:

1. Does only one phone have the problem? With specific two extensions? How many BLF key configure in the phone?
2. Please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue, we need to check the if the BLF Notify Message are correct.
