DialNow delay
Hi Team,

I set dialnow_delay at 0 second through autoprovionning but dialnow_delay is automatically replaced and set at 1 (the value min I supposed).
Now when I set value through web interface, the dialnow_delay is saved at 0 and the delay for dialling is really 0 all is right as expected.

Why with autoprovisionning value of dialnow_delay is replaced by 1 when I set 0
Is there Issue ?

Firmware Version 52.81.0.25
Hardware Version 52.0.0.0.0.0.0
Device T2x

Dear customer,

This is Aishion from Yealink technical team, nice to know you. My pleasure to work for you!

I can reproduce this issue on my side in T23G with V81.0.25, and I also test on my side with V82.0.20, and it works well, I think it maybe a bug in the last version, would you please kindly upgrade to the latest firmware in below link and test again.

Thank you very much for your feedback, and if any question, please feel free to contact us.

Best Regards
Aishion

RE: DialNow delay
Hi Aishion,

I test and confirm, with last firmware param is now saved.

Good job! It remains for me to bulk update devices.

Does check-sync authorize firmware update ?
How ask device update firmware (i upload new rom on provisioning server, if url http://xxx/y00000000x.xml return the files, would device update ?)

Regards,

Sam

Hi Sam,

IP phone will perform the auto provisioning process when receiving a SIP NOTIFY message which contains the header "Event: check-sync".

Whether the IP phone reboots or not depends on the value of the parameter "sip.notify_reboot_enable".

If the value is set to 1, or the value is set to 0 and the header of the SIP NOTIFY message contains an additional string "reboot=true", the IP phone will reboot immediately.

And usually we will use below auto provision parameter to configures the access URL of the firmware file:

static.firmware.url = http://10.168.1.20/28.82.0.20.rom

I think you are using server side template file for auto provision, if so, please kindly ask them for help.

For more information about auto provision, please kindly refer to below guide:

http://download.support.yealink.com/down...V81_70.pdf

If any question, please feel free to contact us.

Best Regards
Aishion
