T46S Cannot Get Provision URL From DHCP

Hello,

We are trying to supply the provisioning link to a yealink T46s through microsoft dhcp server:

https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/dhcp-option-66/

We are getting a correct IP from the DHCP server, but the provisioning URL does not show up in the phone GUI. Additionally, the phone does not show up in the 3CX management interface.

How can we resolve this?

Dear Customer,
Greetings.
Looks like you are trying to provision the phones via DHCP option 66.
To do this, firstly you need to specify the provision server URL on the DHCP server, and link it to the option 66.
Secondly, you need to set the phone to use DHCP option 66 for auto provision.

For details, please check the attached manual, page 62.
