Installing android apk on T58V

So I have added all the lines needed to pull the apk from my web host on my provisioning template. However it does not see to want to install the app. In my y000000000xx.cfg I have this line

app.install_url = http://.....

The URL is there of course. I have taken it out for this post. But it will not install the app. Is there a list of supported 3rd party apps a user can install on these phones?

In your documentation you say " regularly releases the Compatibility List for World-ready Apps on Yealink Android-based Phone" where is the compatibility list for these phones. I am missing it somewhere.

About how to deploy app on T58V, I attach the file that I successfully download APP on my side as an example for you, if you still can't install the app, could you please kindly provide the apk file that I can test on my side.

I have apps on an ftp server with a login (not anonymous). Will the phone install them in this url format:
