The phone shut down in calling status or even in idle status?
Do you connect a DC 5V/2A output power adapter to phone?

These happen when ring incoming call but not in all time :-(

yes i have olso connect power adapter dc 5V/2A

but have connet with t46g + exp40 with power adapter dc 5V/2A

Hardware Version 28.2.0.128.0.0.0

How many EXP40 are connected?
If you have another 5V/2A power adapter please replace it and check again.
