MWI for each line
Hi,

I have recently bought T22P and T23G and configured it with asterisk 1.8.32. The phone works fine as expected. We only have one issue with this phone. The phone is shared with three different people with three separate accounts and we would like to indicate for each user when there is a message.

It does indicate that there is a message at top right corner of screen but how do we configure so that it indicates which user has the voicemail. We are wondering whether this feature is supported on this model or do we need to go to the next model.

Thanks in advance

Brijesh

Hello Brjiesh,

You need to go to Menu-> Message-> Voice Message-> View Voice Mail to check it.
It will display the account which has a new VM.

Regards,
James

Hi James,

Thnaks for your reply.
Yes you are right that by going to the place you described one can see if there is a new message or not but is there a way i can blink the LED on the phone of the account who received a voicemail. This way its easier to see who has a voicemail waiting.

To be more precise i am looking for the feature asked in this thread.

Thanks
