Cannot make any outbound calls and if on the phone the call drops, all the BLF keys goes gray

T48S with 66.81.0.110
Hardware Version 65.0.0.0.0.0.0

attached is the syslog 6 file

please check if the account has well registered.
Suggest you test with IP direct call, FAQ as below:
http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=223

If the issue still exist, please kindly provide all THREE trace files to me:
a. Level 6 syslog
b. PCAP trace
c. Config.bin
You can get the guide from this link to see how to export the issue data(trace files):

I double checked our internal database, and I found a similar case.

Please upgrade the firmware to below one and test again:
