[SOLVED] T46G not forwarding
Hey,

we recently set up an environment of a bintec elmeg beIP+ and several Yealink T46G.
We tried to configure Forwarding via the menu on the phone and web interface. But none of it seem to work. Everytime we called, the phone rang, with forward active or inactive.
Forwarding via Code number in the beIP+ works fine, but doesnt provide any visible feedback on the phone.
Strangely, the phone in our company works fine concerning forwards and I can't find any differences in configuration (except account ofc), firmware, etc.

Can anyone help? Do you need more details?

Can you tell me what kind of forward is you need?
always forward/busy forward/no answer forward?

If you used the forward feature via phone side, without input any code from PBX server
side.

For example, setting always forward via phone web interface.

Always Forward On
Target 1234
On Code
Off Code

Dear Johnson,

thanks for the answer, I'm sorry, i didn't reply sooner, i fell ill for a few days.
I wanted to configure always forward to an internal number, without any input Code from PBX.
I tried configuring via web interface and phone interface, neither way worked.
A colleague of mine just reminded me of a difference between our phone and the customer. We use T46S in our company, opposed to T46G.
I don't know, if it helps, just came to mind.

I registered as a partner and now i have access to the ticket system. Would you recommend using ticketing system or posting in the forum?

Dear Customer,

For this issue, please sure the extension is available.
For example,your phone extension is 1234, your forward target extension is 5678.
First, please make an outgoing call to 5678 on the your phone.
Second,setting always forward feature from phone or web inteface.
Third,using your cellphone make an outgoing call to 1234,
if always forward is working,this call will be forward to 5678.

Besides,I advise you use ticket system to submit question.
Because on this way, we can follow your case on time.

In case someone else is having the same problem: The solution was to deactivate Feature Key Synchronisation (Features/General Information).
