T48G BLF keys not updating

T48G BLF keys not updating
I have attached the allconfig.tar with sys level 6, the phones blf keys do not update correctly, the one key shows red where the user is not at their desk or using the phone.


This is the blf config for the phone

linekey.4.label="Carli" linekey.4.line="1" linekey.4.pickup_value ="102" linekey.4.type="16" linekey.4.value="102"

Version T48G
Firmware Version 35.80.0.95

Hi team,

From the PCAP, we can see the phone received the Notify info from server side, it indicator the call is hang up for Time out.
So i think the extension 102 received an incoming call, but nobody answer it, eventually, the call hang up for Time out.
For BLF LED mode, please refer to our admin guide, from page 604:http://download.support.yealink.com/download?path=upload%2Fattachment%2F2017-5-9%2F3%2F22971d83-4883-463a-82fc-5002f174b276%2FYealink_SIP-T2_Series_T19%28P%29%20E2_T4_Series_T5_Series_CP860_IP_Phones_Administrator_Guid​e_V81_90.pdf

the syslog provided is level 3, if still have issue, please help to get the syslog with level 6 and share more detail.
