unable to lock ring volume up/down in T19

Hello
I want to lock the ring volume +/- key. Even after key board locked, keys are working. My model no is T19. We don't have any auto-provisioning server.

May I know what's your current firmware version of t19?
We optimized this function on our new V81.110 version, with this version, you can lock the ring volume +/- key as long as the key board locked.

Thank you for replaying. After updating my firmware we are still facing same issue. Ring volume is working even after key pad lock. I have been resolved this issue with auto provisioning and set this parameter force.voice.ring_vol=3.
