W52P - One Way Audio With Outgoing Calls

W52P - One Way Audio With Outgoing Calls
Hi,

Our W52P Dect Phones has issues with outgoing calls and no audio, and happens randomly our conistatnly on curtain numbers. The Called Person hear everything, but the caller (W52P) hears nothing. The other direction works fine. It mostly happens when calling 800/866 numbers.

We've made the neccesary changes, disabling SIP-helper, Sip-nat-trace, rip, and SIP ALG. We don't use nat-traversal and experience the same issues when the deivce is plugged in directly to our firewall and modem, it has the same issues across multiple ISP.

Any thoughts on fixing it?

For the issue, I have several questions, appreciate if any reply.
1. May i know if 800/866 has specially setting than other number?
2. If you call 800/866, how many calls will have 1-way audio issue in 10 cals?
3. If you call other number, how many calls will have 1-way audio issue in 10 calls.
4. Both internal call and external call have such issue?
5. For the issue, please help export pacp,syslog,config.bin files to me. You can refer to the FAQ:

- I don't believe so since we don't have issues with all 800 type numbers, is there a recommended settings? The company we use has blocked access to the base station interface.[/color]

- Its not all 800 type numbers but the ones that we run into that do have the issue that we call frequently will happen 9 out of 10 times.
3. If you call other number, how many calls will have 1-way audio issue in 10 calls.
- For the most part calls to other numbers are fine but will randomly happen when calling cell phone or a POTS line.

Hi Jay

We met such issue before. For the issue, please kindly go to web interface of the phone, then go to Account->Codec, then change the codec and check again.

If the issue still exist, we need your help to export pacp,syslog(level 6),config.bin files. We need to those files to do more troubleshooting.
