All keys grey out T48G
I have a customer with T48G phones there are about 10 where all at one time the phones grey out, the internet is not dropping out.

Firmware is 35.80.0.95

Please advise

Hi,

Please upgrade the phone to the latest available firmware and try again.
Do not forget to reset the phone to factory default after the upgrade.
