Yealink Support,

I have a phone with a line key programmed as an XML Group.
Under remote phone book, we have the following:
http://www.website.com/assets/xml/client...nebook.xml
And it is linked to the line key.

The phonebook is updated via software we have written and works fine.

However, when we update the xml with new data, the phone does not seem to download the updated data, but rather shows the older phonebook.

Is there a way to force the update? A reboot doesn't work.
I have seen an option to update, but it seems that it's not always available.

Please advise.

Hi,

This is Karl from Yealink support team.

About your issue,there is a setting can refresh the local cache of the remote phone
book at a time when accessing the remote phone book.But the firmware must be V73 above.

You can auto provision including statement below
features.remote_phonebook.enter_update_enable=1
