T46G Display the external number after forwarding

Hello,

Device 1 forwards an external call via BLF-key to device 2. The internal number of device 1 is displayed on device 2.
If device 1 immediately places the handset on the hook, the internal number on device 2 is still displayed.
Is there a setting that shows the external number on device 2 after the handset is switched on from device 1?

Firmware: 28.81.0.41

Hi Andy,

From your description, I think you mean the below scenario:

1. External phone number 1234 call your phone A (internal extension number 1000), phone A ring.
2. you press "forward" key, then press "BLF key" to FW this call to phone B
3. but phone B LCD still show phone A's call id, so you want phone B show call id 1234, am I right?

If yes, I suggest you do the below steps:

1.upgrade to the latest firmware:

2.reset the phone, then test again.

3. if this issue still exist, please try to configure the below sentence:

account.X.refresh_remote_id.enable = 1
(## if you use account 1, please replace x to 1, so it's account.1.refresh_remote_id.enable = 1)

4.if this issue still exist, please help me get the config.bin/level6 log/PCAP file of phone A and phone B, then I will do a further analyze.

Our scenario is somewhat different.
1. External phone number 1234 call your phone A (internal extension number 1000), phone A ring.

Call ID 1234 should only be displayed if Phone A has hung up.

Account.1.refresh_remote_id.enable

How do I add the option?
