HTTPS Redirect on T46G Firmware 28.81.0.61

Hi,

I've upgraded some of my T46G phones to 28.81.0.61 and have noticed that navigating to the webpage via HTTP redirects it to HTTPS. This is causing issues with 3CX being able to use CTI mode. When entering a number on 3CX nothing dials on the phone. I've confirmed this is the cause by turning off the HTTPS port which then allows calls to be dialed via 3CX, but because of the redirect the web interface is no longer accessible.

The only I found to get back in is to factory default the phone.

Hi,

A rule of thumb is always execute a factory reset after a firmware upgrade of a device to avoid unexpected issues.
So, in this case I suggest to reset the upgraded phones to factory default and try again.
