Setup Advice for Elastix

Hello All,

I'm looking forward to implement Elastix in my organization. I am a new to this and it is my new deployment. I have a few queries.

1. I will like to use a GSM to VoIP trunk (how do I implement this? (I'm thinking about 8 sim gsm gateway) how many concurrent calls would I have? 8?
2. If I call outbound - what will be my number on the recipients phone?
3. I like a situation when a customer call and then a voice prompt will say: "welcome to xyz company - if you know the ex please press otherwise hold for a customer agent " how can I configure this?
4. Please could you suggest the cheapest ip phone that will work with Elastix (I don't have a good budget for this)
5. When I configure IP phones to with Elastix - will I have access to a directory on each phone?
