Yealink with Fonality Firmware Removal

thanks for your time. We bought two yealink sip-t38g IP phones used from a company who upgraded their phone system. they both have fonality firmware (38.70.181.11) which doesnt allow us to upgrade the phones firmware to the latest FACTORY yealink version. can someone send us the instructions and FACTORY yealink firmware so we can remove the fonality firmware, thank you
