Phone history and miss call problem
Hello,

I have one MyPBX Standard with 14 T21P phones all connected and working normally.

I have recently upgrade the firmware to the latest beta version 20.20.0.21 (BETA). Unfortuntly , the firmware has broke some functionality and settings options won't open such as Adding IVR, Ringing groups, and Inbound Routes.

I did not bother by this since all settings as what I want, but I found just today whenever someone is calling the number not being saved to the history and no miss calls is mentioned in the phone!

All history and miss calls settings are enable and the it's work for the local internal calls between extensions.

Not sure if I can do something to fix this as this is top priority

I was thinking maybe this because of the new firmware and I have downgrade to 20.19.0.48. It is still showing the same version of firmware 20.20.0.21

Please help

HI Sir,

Do you mean the history and the missed call can work well for the local internal calls, and fail to work for the external work, right?

The latest firmware for the T21P is 34.72.0.75. Please downlod it in the link below and then upgrade to it:

After upgrade the firmware, please reset it to factory and test again.

If the problem still exist, please just provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace for us to do further trouble shooting.

Besides, if all the 14 T21 have the issue?
