Can you recommend headsets working with T23G phones, that have volume control for speaking and hearing?

Hello,

You can get the tested compatible headset list with T23G from this link:
Tested headset list compatible with Yealink IP Phone V1.0.pdf

All the listed headset are approved to be working well with T23G, you can select one from them which have ability to adjust speaking/sending volume.
