ALL Keys are locked! You always have to enter the PIN. Is there any possibility that the user can only call the numbers from the BLF ? And for every other number the PIN has to be entered?

no this is not a good solution... why forward a call what is not allowed to the server first? And persons who know the PIN should be able to call all numbers. Only students who does not know the PIN should call IT-Service and Houseservice!
