T46-28.81.0.XX Firmware Bug EXP40

We have some customers using the T46 phones with the EXP40's for sometime now and have never had issues with them. After updating to .15 firmware they called in reporting that none of the BLF LEDs would light up, just dark and the overall screen was darker. We found that the .20 update came out and tried that and she said it seemed a little better in terms of brightness but the buttons still weren't all lite up. We then reverted them to T46-28.80.0.130.rom and everything is working normally.

About your problem, please share me more information below:
1.Do you mean you use the same configuration with the .20 and .130 version, but the .130 can work normally，right？
2. How many BLF keys you configure?
3. After you upgrade the firmware to the .20, how many BLF LEDs will light up? Or none of them will light up?
4. Please kindly provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue, both use the .20 and .130 version, so that we can make a comparison.
