Ping & Traceroute added in wrong place v81 firmware

In the release noted for v81 it is noted Ping an Traceroute. These added tools are much appreciated, however they have been placed in the phone's menu making them not very useful at all.


Reasoning: Most of the times I am needing to access the phones, I am not on location, or not in the area of the phone itself. Most work done is remotely done. Thus those tools are utterly useless if I can't use them.

What can we do to get them in web interface?

Dear Customer,

The ping and Traceroute feature can only be use via phone user interface. So that it can't be used in the web interface.

Yes, exactly, and that is the problem.
