Forum login method changed
Dear Users,

Yealink Forum has finished the update on 25th November so that users can use their own Forum’s account to login Yealink support and Ticket directly . After this update, all users of Yealink Forum won’t be able to login to their accounts by using original username. New system requires email address which you used to apply for your account to replace your original username. Password stays the same.

For example:
You used username/password (marylouis/123456) to login before.
Now you need to use email/original password (marylouis@gmail.com/123456) to login.

If you don't know the email you used for applying for the account, please send email to support@yealink.com.

Sorry for all the inconvenience.

Best Regards,
Yealink Support

RE: Forum login method changed
Let’s hope all spam posts will belong to the past with this change.

BTW: if you not logged in to the forum and want to reply directly to a post with the “Reply” or “New Reply” button you are going to the old login screen, but can’t login.
You can only login with the “Login” button on top of the screen.

Kind regards,
Frank.

I am not an employee of Yealink.
Dutch is my native language, not English. Apologies for my imperfect grammar.
Please do not send unsolicited PM messages. I will not answer them.

Thank you, Yealink, to listening to my constant email rants about the amount of Spam here. Hopefully it is a thing of the past and we can get some things accomplished in here.
Kind regards,

How to keep logged-in in the forum? Every visit I have to log in again. I know, that in other forums this is handled with cookies, so I am logged-in automatically, when I come back.

Is there any way to get access to the older threads (maybe read-only)?

Is it possible to change the email associated with the account?
Thank you
