T22P "RFC 2543 Hold" don't works

Hi,

I'm configuring an T22P yealink phone, setting a flag for disable hold config, the flag supposed to be:

sip.rfc2543_hold = 0

when auto provision happens the option in "Features > General Info > RFC 2543 Hold" changes to "disabled". Anyway in the phone when i receive a call still possible to "hold" the call.

it means, i just want to disable this option:

Hi Stefan,

You can hide the hold softkey by customizing softkey layout.
Go to Setting-> Softkey Layout, enable custom softkey. Then remove the hold option in "on talk" states.

is there a way to make this config using "auto provision" in Yealink T20P ? I need to upgrade several devices.

Yes. Download the autoprovision template of T22. Find Talking.xml in Softkey Layout folder and edit it. Then use autoprovision to upload the xml file.

Autoprovision parameter:

custom_softkey_talking.url =
phone_setting.custom_softkey_enable = 1

It's not applicable in T20.
