T28P default account

I have a T28P that has the latest firmware.
I register multiple accounts on the same pbx. I want when i pickup the handset and dial out to user the first account but for some reason the phone always use the third one. Is there an option to set the default account to dial out and not letting the phone to decide on random.

Please go to OK-> More-> Accounts, what's the first account displayed there?

A list with my accounts. First is shown the one that i want to use but when the phone is on idle the extension that is shown is the third one and that is the one that is used if i don't choose the one that i really want.

Leave the handset in the cradle.

Press the Left Or Right Arrow Buttons on either side of the OK Button.

You will see each account name in the display.

Stop when you see the account that you want to be the default account appear.

Pick up the handset and you should be using the account that you selected.

You are done.

I understand what you are saying.

I had the same situation here and looked all over for the solution.

Someone else had posted it (I don't remember where) and he said it was not in the manuals.

Press the lift or right button on either side of the "ok" button,
then you can choose your account.
