exp38 + T27P

My Exp38 doesn't work with T27P model. When I connect it to T28P, blf are working just fine with green lamps and everything. Not the case with T27P, firmware version 45.80.0.25.


Any ideas how to solve the issue?

Hi Igor,
Sorry but EXP38 can't work with T27 at present , T27 with the new updated commerical version can work with EXP38 and the new updated commerical version will be ready this month.

But now I have another problem I can't mount the unit on the phone, as you can see from the picture. The holes don't match.
