T20P - Huge amount of SPAM calls

We have installed one T20P phone for a test. We thought to change all the phones in our office with this model... but we have a very big issue.

Huge amount of SPAM calls arrive all the day and all the night, more then 200 per day. We called the voip provider and they said is not their problem. In Fact with the pc app the problem looks solved.

So the problem come from the Yealink Phone who are not able to stop this calls. Please Help us to fix this issue ASAP.

We think is unbelievable, brands like yealink who certainly know this problem on their phone didn't talk to much about how to fix this kind of issue.
