Call Park feature(T26)

Call Park feature(T26)
I configured a memory key for call park, the feature is working, but the light is not coming on when there is a call in the parking lot. How can I get the light to come on?

T26

Hi,
The light of call park is controlled by the NOTIFY message sent from the server. Please check whether the server has sent the Notify message to the phone about the state of the parking lot for example terminated.
or you can share us the pcap trace that I can check.

Hi ,
I have checked the trace but it seems the phone didn't subscribe successfully. may I know after you configure the DSS key with call park feature, does the light of the call park will turn on ?
would you please reproduce the issue again(configure one dss key as call park,and park the call to this park lot )and provide us the config.bin file , pcap trace and level 6 syslog ?
