Extended Labels

Is there a CHAR I can use in an extended label to cause a carriage return (or new line)? peoples names break across the two lines like this;

Fred Cummin
gs

I want to put a new line after the first name so I see;

Fred
Cummings

May I know you phone model and phone firmware?
You mean the account lable in idle status or caller ID when there is an incoming call?
