W52P - outgoing call no sound

Hi,

the W52P Dect Phone got with outgoing calls no audio. The Called Person hear everything, but the caller (W52P) hear nothing. The other direction works fine.

Attached the pcap File from an call to an softphone (PhonerLite).

The VoIP Server is an local Asterisk 13.1

I hope, that anybody can help me

Please have a test in this way:
1. make outgoing call from w52p
2. when established, press hold and then resume to check whether the voice show up or not.

thanks, for your repley. I have done the test, like described. But after i resume the hold, the voice still down. ;-(

Is it possible that the w52p Phone don't use the right rtp Ports ? The Asterisk has configured the ports 10000-20000

Sometimes the call works, but sometimes not ????

Hi I have exactly this problem in both directions. After connecting call no sound, but if press hold and then resume again suddenly sound is there.

How can I fix it?
