No audio in handset; headset and speaker work fine
I am looking for troubleshooting steps to resolve and potentially determine if this is a hardware issue.

Speaker phone works and the headset jack does as well. The handset speaker does not.

25.73.0.27 & 26.73.0.11 firmware (latest on website as of today)

OK, so when you switch to handset mode the other side can hear what you say but you can't hear what they say?

If yes, it should be a hardware problem.

Regards,
James
