46G blu tooth Issue

46G blu tooth Issue
We are using Jabra Motion headsets and the BT40.

The blu tooths disconnect frequently. The blu tooth icon goes from white to grey.

It seems to be random and the only way to fix it is to reset the phone entirely - sometimes that does not work on the first attempt and multiple resets are required before the blu tooth will re-pair.

Dear Jacob,

Please check whether the firmware of T46 is the latest 28.73.0.50. If not, please firstly upgrade the firmware.

1. How often does this problem happens? every call?
2. Have you tested with a different T46 and how about the result?

Firmware is up to date.
This happens on all 9 of our T46 in the office.
It happens randomly probably a couple times a day overall for the 9 phones.

Dear Jacob,

Please try to reproduce the issue before reset the phone and catch pcap,config.bin and syslog(level6) to us.

When the headset is working after reset, also catch pcap, config.bin and syslog(level6) as a comparison.
