T26P Cant upgrade firmware

Hi all,

I have two T26P that have 6.2.0.54 firmware installed on them.

I have tried installing newer firmware onto the system to get it working with our 3CX system but everytime i start the upgrade i get the message:

talking, please update later...

I have rebooted and factory reset the phones with no luck. This is the first time we have had these phones so any help would be most apreciated!

Hi,

You should upgrade the frimware to V4X version firstly, then upgrade to V7x version.
Download from:
V4X: 6.43.0.7
V7X: 6.73.0.50

HI,

I have a version with the following:

Firmware Version 6.51.0.10
Hardware Version 4.0.0.4

I cannot change the firmware at all, and i tried your recommendation above.

Can you please suggest something.
