Time not setting
I set the date and time on my W52p hit save and when I back out its still the same. Any one can help me out please.

Dear Shawn,

I think that is because the phone is configured to get time synchronizing from the time server. Please find the attached capture about the configuration page. If I disable the Time Synchronization, I can change time and date to anything I want. But if I enable it, no matter what I change to, the time and date will get synchronized.

Please have a try and let me know the result.

I went in to all the phone settings and for some reason I can not find Time Synchronization and I did not see a attached capture with your post. Thanks so much

May I know what is the firmware version of your w52p? If it is not the latest one, would you please upgrade to the latest.
Please note that if the current version is lower than V40(xx.40.xx.xx), please use the USB tool to do upgrade operation

Hi,

I have the same issue. Handset Firmware and Base Station Firmware on latest versions.

I have time server as cn.pool.ntp.org, timezone 'GMT' and DST as Automatic.

Time is one hour behind.

Dears,

I just had a test with Daylight Saving set to Automatically and found that there is one hour delay. I will have a check with RD for the reason and update to you. Before that, please manually change the value to enable as shown in the screenshot below. This method counts.
