Fireware update failure

1 ea W52P
5 ea W52H
current FW:
P = 25.40.0.15
H = 26.40.0.15
I have tried several time and different methods to update the FW. All attempts have failed. Even tried sequentially updated. This to failed.
Rebooted Base unit with no help.
Both the Base and Handset are stuck on old FW.
Help !

Hi Michael,

What's the base firmware you want to upgrade? Can it be upgraded to this V73 firmware? What's the step you follow to upgrade?

What's your handset hardware? If the version is lower than 26.0.0.6 you can't upgrade it in web interface. You have to do the upgrade through a mini USB cord.

Thank you for your response. Within my original email, note:
P = (W52P Base) = 25.40.0.15
H = (Handset) = 26.40.0.15
These are the current FW versions.
Handset Hardware Version = 26.0.0.7
Looking at your links for instructions to update, it appears I met the OTA requirements:
"OTA upgrade capability is restricted to specific firmware versions and handset hardware:
 Handset with firmware 26.40.0.15 or later
 Base station with firmware 25.40.0.15 or later
 Handset with hardware 26.0.0.6 or later
OTA is only available when meeting the above three conditions simultaneously.
So I am not understanding what is needed to upgrade to current FW ?
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
If needed, does the USB interface / flasher, work using OS X ? PC only ?
What is the minimum required OS version ?

Below is my response to your questions I sent in a couple days ago.
One of your questions "what FW version do I want to upgrade" my answer is the current version. As I expressed in my original request, my base and handset will not allow upgrade above the current version as detailed below.

Hi Michael,

You should be able to directly upgrade base firmware at least.
Please go to phone-> Autoprovision, is there a value in Provision Server filed? If yes, please delete it and chek again. The firmware may be reverted by autoprovision.
