T32G Cant connect LDAP server
Hello All,

I am using T32G phone, I have openldap server which was running on Linux, I can connect from PC, Printer and Outlook but I couldn't connect by T32G.

Even my system allows to login anonymousely, the phone can't login and can't search directory data.

Phone firmware and hardware version

Firmware Version 32.70.0.221
Hardware Version 22.1.2.32.0.0.0

My setting are like that,

NameFilter = (|(cn=%)(sn=%))
NumberFilter = (|(telephoneNumber=%)(mobile=%))
host = 192.168.1.34
port = 389
base = dc=ids,dc=com
user =
pswd =
MaxHits = 5
NameAttr = cn sn
NumbAttr = mobile telephoneNumber
DisplayName = %cn
version = 3
SearchDelay = 1000
CallInLookup = 1
LDAPSort = 1
DialLookup = 1

When I looked systemlog from Yealink I saw following results,
Apr 3 14:02:00 syslog[411]: <LDAP>| LEVEL4 | host = [192.168.1.34], port:[389], user:[], sizeLimit:[50], version:[3]
Apr 3 14:02:00 syslog[411]: <LDAP>| ERROR | bind error! error code:49
Apr 3 14:02:00 syslog[411]: <LDAP>|WARNING| yealink_ldap_memfree argv error
Apr 3 14:02:00 syslog[411]: <LDAP>|WARNING| yealink_ldap_memfree argv error

Please help me about this issue,

RE: T32G Cant connect LDAP server
Dear.
Firstly, I think the syntax you are using is not in complete format. Please find attached LDAP.CFG for reference. I've changed the values to yours in the file.
Secondly, I've tested with the firmware you are using, and the result is also negative for some unknown reasons. So I tried with a different firmware and the LDAP is working.
So would you please downgrade the firmware to and test with the LDAP.cfg attached.
firmware: http://www.yealink.com/Upload/firmware/T....0.185.zip
ftp://yealinkftp:yealinkftp@ftp.yealink.com/LDAP.cfg

If problem still, please feedback with syslog(level 6), config.bin and pcap. About how to catch these, please follow the guide below:

Kind Regards
Elaine
