Display Account Info on idle screen or on pickup of handset

I would like to have multiple accounts setup on a phone or maybe I will do a hotdesk setup where two people will share a phone. It seems to me like I can find no way to tell the two users who is currently "active" on the phone.

If I pick up the handset the account id shows up on the upper left as just the numeric part not the "LABEL"

I would be willing to do a BLF key but I dont see how I can do that unless a BLF key can be programmed to show a "variable" the phone has such as "$active_account.label"

Ideas ?

Sorry for the late response.

We have one parameter to setup the current "line ". It enables or disables the phone to display the label of the default account in the middle bottom of the idle LCD screen. please give a try:

features.show_default_account = ##0-Disabled, 1-Enabled, The default value is 0.##
