RT10 de registration not work

Hi team

We have w52p with 2 rt10.
all works before my w52p crash. I replace it with new, and now i try to register my rt10 without success

i think my problem come from de registration. it's not work. i try process but never works.

Exist mean to reset factory rt10 ?
