t46 versus t48
Hello, I have 4 questions regarding yealinks and 3cx :

1.
If I make a call with 3cxphone the T46 puts the call on hold while it is dialing the destination number.

If I do the same on a T48 it does not place the call on Hold on the callers side, but you hear it ringing ?

is there a way to do that as well on a T46 and T41 ?

2.
Also the 3cx logo on the T48 blocks the view when showing all BLF keys. If I would use the default logo this would be the Yealink logo. But I guess it will be the same issue.
How can I turn off the logo in the provisioning template at all ?

3.
If I want to dial the cellphone of a extension instead of the extension. Is there a way to do this on the Phone ? Or can I only create a new extension for only the cellphone number ??

4.
On a T41 , when you do a transfer the remote phonebook is not automatically available, only the remote one.
Where in the provisioning template can I change this ?

RE: t46 versus t48
#1) I have noticed in the newest firmware that my T46 (28.73.0.45) is using MakeCall now instead of directly dialing. Not sure why. It wasn't doing this before.Maybe because of an issue with CTI. A question for 3cx I think.
#2) create an empty jpg to use as wallpaper in any color you choose.
#3) This is a 3cx question- not yealink. There is no way to dial the cellphone associated with an extension directly. The way it is designed, yo udial the extension and if they want the call to goto their mobile - this is the setting that they make as the end user.
#4) This is contradicting. You say the remote phonebook is not available - only the remote one. What are you looking for here?

RE: t46 versus t48
1.
I asked them , they did not gave a clear answer yet
2.
via ip-address/screencapture you can take a screenshot apparently Smile
3. via 3cx no way to do it either.
4. Only the local one is available by default. You can add this manually via the web interface and then go to DIRECTORY -> SETTING and there you add Remote Phonebook
But I don't want to do it manually, but via the 3cx Phone template

2) You didn't ask about a screen capture...

4) Remote phonebook is done this way. If you use 3cx - this is in the template.
Code:
remote_phonebook.data.1.url = http://%%pbx_ip%%:%%pbx_http_port%%/provisioning/%%PROVSUBDIR%%/yealink_phonebook.xml
