I have tried factory reset, but it didn't work for me.
I have tried the newest rom firmware for this product. The tfpt can't send it to the phone or the phone can't receive it.

The T2XD files can been send to the phone.
Bt when he's searching for the rom, he can't find it.

The other phone's are using the firmware:

firmware version: 34.71.188.1
Hardware version: 34.1.0.0.0.0.0

I may think that we got the early version.
i can't find the firmware on your website.
This error we got when we were changing the DNS.

We are using more than 70 phone's and 1 phone got this error

I hope someone can help me out.

Hi,

Since 34.71.188.1 is a customized firmware and can't be upgraded to a Yealink generic firmware.
You will need to contact your vendor or distributor Lydis for help.
