I can not login

I've got a problem to login my phone web interface. My password doesn't work (The username or password is error!). I reseted the base but it didn't help. Before that everything was OK. After reset I can't login with default user name and password. How can I solve this problem?

Ups! I spent a plenty of time and found the problem. I always use google chrome. I tried IE and was able to login the web interface. I don't know why google chrom stoped working with the web interface.

If you try clearing cookie of chrome can it work?
