Which the last russian firmware version for T19P model?
Right now we using 31.71.14.5

I think it's not laest russian firmware of T19.
Please directly ask your distributor UMD for latest firmware. They will provide support to their own firmware.

What if we don't have any distibutor? Where i can try to find information about my question?

Devices bought in online shop, and they are unlikely to have information about the firmware, they just ordinary sellers not distributors.

ie it means that you do not develop official firmware in russian?

Hi, we develop the firmware but since it's a customized firmware we won't directly send it to users.
Is it OK that we introduce you to our local distributor in Russia？
We can deal with a tech issue but can't send a customized firmware causlly.

p.s. but a little strange, that downloadable file has version 31.72.14.5, although you have the latest 31.72.0.75
