We have Yealink T48 phones and got the BT40 blu tooth dongle to work with our Jabra motion UC+ headsets. However, we are having trouble syncing the headset. I go to the settings and go to blu tooth but it says there is no device to sync. Please help! Did I need to get the EHS36?! Why is it no working?

Dear Jacob,
Please ensure:
1. the bluetooth headset is on.
2. the bluetooth headset is on paring mode when phone is searching for headset.
BTW, EHS is used for wireless headset. Not neccessary in your situation.
