Shared Line Appearance option not found
I am using Yealink T-26P phone. The Firmware is 6.70.0.141. I am trying to use Shared Line Appearanc(SLA) feature. In the Web Interface I go to PHONE and DSS and then TYPE. I cannot see SLA option to choose. I see BLF and BLF List options but not SLA options. What could be the problem? Please help as we need this option badly.

Hello Sbaig04,

SLA feature is available in Broadsoft Server, may I know your server type and firmware version?
You should choose the Shared Line as Broadsoft SCA and choose the SIP Server Type as Broadsoft at the path:Account->Advanced, and then set up a alternate account.

We are using Asterisk 1.8.14.1. Right now it is not configured to use SLA. So what is best option to use SLA?
