T48 transfer during incoming call fail
HI, V 35.72.0.31 (brand new phones). busy receptionist. when calls comes in and is answered normally. the second call comes in the receptionist can not transfer (buttons disabled?) until second call gives up and hangs up.

this has been tested with both queues and ring groups. also tried code versus buttons and the phone appears to have all buttons disabled during first call so handling second is impossible. The T38 does NOT operate this way so we are removing the 48's but need to have solution.

Hello Rob,

Do you mean that when there is a second call the transfer/forward softkey doesn't give a reaction when you press it? Have you tried DSSKey? Can it work? The transfer button is not disabled when there is a second call.

Please upgrade to latest V73 firmware and do a reset then check again.

I will update firmware, but yes, the transfer key is disabled while 2nd call rings in. the DSS keys work, but with over 100 extensions in the facility not really an option to use all the time. I do have 2 expansion units on it so they are able to function somewhat.
