T26P printable labels?
Hi all-

I've read through several threads on here, to no avail. Has anyone discovered a way to print extension names for the BLF keys on the T26P/T28P, directly on the label itself? Just like all of you, I don't have the time (or patience) to sit there and cut out the holes for the BLF keys if I print the labels on blank paper. Has anyone found a Desi template that will work?

Thanks.

I think you will have to actually buy the sheets from Desi. I dont believe there is any way to print on the strip that comes with the phone. Desi part number 13795 is designed specifically for the T26P and T28P. We have been using them for a couple of years and they work well.

RE: T26P printable labels?
You can print directly on the labels that come with the phones if you have a little bit of patience. You can use the basic template system that we have hosted on our site:

Toben - Yealink T26/T28 Template

Here's the process we use:
1) Go to the above URL, and print it just as is. (don't fill anything in yet). This gives you a print template.
2) Take the desired label strips from your phones, and with a little bit of scotch tape attach the labels so they overlay the printed outlines of the label strips.
3) Put your desired markings/values into the green fields on the webpage.
4) Press the "Toggle Label Visibility" button to hide the template outlines
5) Put your piece of paper with the labels attached to it back into your printer, facing the same way as it was originally.
6) Print again, and voila you're done.

Sounds a bit tedious but once you get the hang of it it's actually very quick and easy. Maybe not quite as easy as the Desi's, but we also don't do hundreds of them...
