My phone once I am in a call will not allow me to enter any extension or codes. For instance when I try calling into a conference I can't enter a conference code. It will not recognize any numeric entry after the call in in progress.

For this issue would you please try to upgrade to the latest version and reset the phone to factory to check if it can solve this issue.
