How do I turn off the feature called "Display Missed Call Popup" via provisioning file?

This feature is base on V73, given below is the configuration parameters:

Officialy it's not recommended using this firmware for production. But there are no much bug found in this firmware yet.

We expect the stalble firmware within a month.
