Running
freepbx 2.11.0.24 with asterisk 11.3.0

Phone
Yealink t26
Firmware Version 6.72.0.30
Hardware Version 4.0.1.38

Parking Lot 400
Parking Spaces 3
Parking Spaces Number 401, 402, 403

Parking Lot code from FreePBX
*2nn: Attended Transfer call into Park lot nnn (It will announce the slot back to you)

Scenario 1

Setup

DSS KEY
Memory 1 Type - Call Park | Value - 400 | Line 1

Line Key
Line Key 1 Type - BLF | Value - 401 | Line 1 | Extension 401

Problem
Parking Key works, line key blinks indicating that the call was parked, but the parking lot anouncement is made to the caller not to the person parking the call.

Scenario 2

Setup

DSS KEY
Memory 1 Type - DTMF | Value - *2400#
Line Key
Line Key 1 Type - BLF | Value - 401 | Line 1 | Extension **

Problem
Parking key does not work correctly, when the parking key is pressed the call is parked and the parking lot is announced to the person parking the call, this is correct, but the person parking the call is now put on hold having to hang up the phone before doing anything else.
First problem is that the person parking the call must not hang up the phone until the entire dtmf value of *2400# is entered on the phone or the call gets disconnected.
Another problem is if the person who parked the call picks that call back and tries to park it again the message I'm sorry that is not a valid extension is played.

Please supply me all files including syslog(level 6), config.bin and pcap. So i can submit to our R&D for analysis.
Our engineer need these files to debug and solve issues more quickly.

In scenario 2, the first question, do you press DSSKey-DTMF to park first, then call will be on hold, you need to press DssKey-DTMF again, that call can be parked successful.

When I press the DSSKey-DTMF the call is parked it is not put on hold. The call is parked and I hear the parking lot the call was parked on, the call is placed on the parking lot, and the person parking the call is put on hold instead of having the call terminated. Pressing the DSSKey-DTMF tries to park again but there is no call connected because the incoming call is now on the parking lot and the person parking the call is now on hold.

Thanks to your files. BTW, do you reproduce the issue and export the syslog level 6?

I get the desired behavior is I press the DSSKey-DTMF key to park the call and then press the cancel softkey.
I have attached the syslog.

Hi strabuzano,

Sorry. We are confused with your scenario 2.
1. When I press the DSSKey-DTMF the call is parked it is not put on hold.
2. The call is parked and I hear the parking lot the call was parked on, the call is placed on the parking lot. So Is your call parked sucessfully?
3. And the person parking the call is put on hold instead of having the call terminated. Do you see the hold interface after hearing parking lot? We can't see this from your pcap file.
4. Pressing the DSSKey-DTMF tries to park again but there is no call connected because the incoming call is now on the parking lot and the person parking the call is now on hold. How do you judge "no call connected" and "the call is on hold"? From LCD of phone? Or do you mean though the LCD displayed the call is on hold, the call had been parked to the parking lot actually?

Can you also supply pcap of your other worked well phones such as linksys, cisco and Aastra?

Scenario 2 works likes this.

Call comes in and it is answered.
When the park button is pressed the caller is parked. The parking lot extension the call was parked on is spoken to the callee. The callee starts listening to the same MOH as the caller. I do not know if the callee is put on hold or sent to the same parking lot as the caller, I do know that both the callee and caller are listening to the same MOH.

Now if I try to press the park button again like it was suggested the numbers from the DTMF show on phone display but nothing happens.

If I hang up and then pick the call that was parked and then try to park it again I get the following message: I'm sorry that is not a valid extension, please try again.

I am working on getting the pcap from the Aastra phones
