T46G with Plantronics CS540 & EHS36

Hi

Wonder if you could help. We have a Yealink T46G with an expansion module, an EHS36 and a Plantronics CS540.

It's connected as described in the image shown at the link below

The headset works fine during a call if the answer button is pressed on the phone, but the headset doesn't bleep to notify when there is a call and the pickup button doesn't pickup the call.

Please could any suggestions be made to help us get this working?

This is yealink technical support. Nice to contact you.
I see the connection diagram , it seem to be no problem.
Could you try phone concect EHS36 directly without EXP40 and try again?

If still exist issue, please upgrade the EHS36 .
